The Union of Pinnacle (and Summit) Tenants is the largest tenant union in NYC. We span four boroughs, bringing tenants together from Crown Heights to Kingsbridge, Jackson Heights to Inwood. We organize for ourselves and our neighbors, for a New York that belongs to New Yorkers. We all deserve safe, dignified, and affordable housing.

Membership is available to any current tenants of buildings owned by Summit Properties and Pinnacle Group.

Management and superintendents are not eligible to join.
