Who We Are
The Union of Pinnacle Tenants is the largest tenant-led union in NYC. We span four boroughs, bringing tenants together from Crown Heights to Kingsbridge and Jackson Heights to Inwood. We organize for ourselves, for our neighbors, and for a New York that belongs to New Yorkers. We all deserve safe, dignified, and affordable housing!

What we want
• We want safe, accessible, dignified homes for every tenant, and we want our landlords to invest our rent money to make long-neglected repairs rather than extracting money from our communities to line their own pockets.
• We want stable, affordable homes. We are rent-stabilized tenants, and we have the right to stay put! We fight against evictions, displacement, illegal rent hikes, condo conversions, and buyouts. We fight to keep tenants in their homes so they can remain in their communities.
